championsandheroes:

Isn’t it amazing how fabrics shrink when women put on clothes? Even armor, be it leather or full plate, seem to be capable of be reduced to fragments of its original shape the moment it ends up on a woman’s body in games.

And by amazing I mean insanely frustrating.

I’ve noticed this seems to have applied to so many RPG games ever since they started being released in 3D graphics.  Back in the days when things ran on “paper doll” type inventories, it was more or less equal:

While games that allow you to loot armor demand a certain amount of suspension of disbelief (or completely uniform sizes of all characters), nothing is more jarring than games where outfits change their complete design depending on who wears them.
