Another version of that outfit I drew a while ago. I tried to do that sketchy thing where you only partly ink it and colour it in.
I think @bikiniarmorbattledamage will agree that it would be an excellent outfit for an evil wizard or king!

It is a genuinely cool looking costume! I agree that it would fit an evil wizard and/or king under the assumption that evil is sexy.
Or even a good/neutral king or wizard, under the assumption that power goes hand in hand with overt sexyness, regardless of gender.
