Okay, now I feel that it’s worth pointing out that there are bullet vests that are shaped to accommodate breasts – they’re made that way so they can specifically be worn discreetly beneath clothing.   Tactical vests for carrying gear are not sculpted around breasts because they’re made out of comparatively flexible material.

Nobody is going to get their tactical vest fitted around their boobs, particularly since they tend to shift when they’re weighed down with gear.  Certainly nobody wants a tactical vest where the boobs hang over their pouches…
