One of these is the ridiculous costume that Valkyrie (Marvel comics) wears while she’s a wannabe with no super powers or even any real ability as a vigilante.  One is the outfit she wears when given power by Loki and the last is the outfit she wears when she is transformed into an actual Valkyrie by goddess Hela at the end of her character arc.

Personally I’m having trouble telling what traits are supposed to signal power and professionalism… it’s almost like these designs have nothing to do with expressing the character and just use arbitrarily places metal and spandex to highlight “it’s different… and… boobs!”
