Icelos, a magician who’s life-sustaining magic tattoos require contact with air to function, so really he has to dress like this
He breathes, I mean magics through his skin!
I love the attention to detail: first you established that he needs as much skin exposed as possible to live, then you put clothes on him in completely arbitrary places.
Not unlike Quiet’s tights + spandex opera glove or Fiore having holes all over her costume instead of just where her magic tattoos are. Consistency is for losers!
