There is an old cartoon about prince valiant

never-obey:

and they managed to draw the women in decent armor.

If they could do it 22 years ago why is there still so much trouble???

Worth mentioning that the Legend of Prince Valiant was released more or less the same time that women riding polar bears were trying to sell schnapps.

Creators, you don’t need to impress us – it’s okay to take inspiration from the cartoon that was on when you were a kid rather than try to pretend you spent your childhood drinking booze.  Honest!

Digimon female armor bingo

BINGO! Sadly I m very ashamed of this Bingo, as that is an 11 year old girl

Ophanimon’s biggest downfall is that weird metal skirt i doubt is easy to move in. Good news is there is a male version of a sort and they aren’t too different

Crusadermon does wonderfully for armor!

I did three for some variation as digimon has a lot of female warriors.

This reblog will most likely close off Digimon bingo posts series, unless we get some other designs submitted/suggested.

I’d argue that Kazemon/Fairimon’s card actually scores only the same boxes as her digivolution does, so no bingos won. But both could use a “Looks nothing like male version of the same outfit”, cause male hybrid digimon in Frontier look nothing like her. Guess I forgot that square for Zephyrmon/Shutumon, too.

As for Ophanimon, it can be argued whether the movement-impairing skirt or the bared belly is worse… or maybe it’s the vaguely eye-like designs on her boobplate. Kinda disturbing.

It’s a shame that Crusadermon is apparently an outlier among armored female digimon. I would actually give her zero bingo points, cause the “Sharp ornamental pieces that can pierce skin” refers to all those spiky bits that touch bared skin, while this mon is covered (if not actually made from) armor.
