I remember watching a video a few month ago where some guy was explaining how boob plate was impractical (such as you can’t swing your arms and how you’re vulnerable in between). I know he had a girl demonstrating, and he asked and apologized when he had to point or show something on her chest. I just, cannot find the video and it’s not in your tags?
