I’m preparing something special for BABD and it really needs more time than I currently have on my hands…
So if you want to wear some sculpted armor to the Ren Faire because you feel fabulous-looking in it, go forth and have fun! But if you’re drawing lady soldiers, or creating female characters who are depicted as actual warriors, please err on the side of reality when designing their armor. Science says your boob plates are killing the women you hoped they would protect. And none of us want that.
Thanks for this blog. I only play male characters in MMOs because I’m tired of having shitty bikinis compared to looking like a badass in full plate. This site makes me feel better that this actually is recognized as a problem.

Can I request a world where fantasy armor is uniformly practical or impractical for all genders using it?
