I can only assume this happened because Okayado saw people talking about the plate armor in Black Desert Online and interpreted it as challenge to find a way to one up it.

That’s what I have to believe, because as silly and fan servicey as Everyday Life with Monster Girls gets… this is horrifying.  More horrifying than any monster who has ever appeared in the manga.
