I have zero idea how any single part of that costume stays where it’s supposed to stay. And why men are allowed to have costumes that at least look properly wearable.
Typically, such sense of fashion seems universal among all women in the game.

Actual design concerns in video games: Are we sufficiently catering to those who are going to go out of their way to look up the heroine’s skirt?
I can’t imagine why this medium is constantly being criticized or accused of sexism. I can not imagine.
