I particularly like the second one notes that the world is ending outside and she hasn’t even finished gluing. Because really, a lot of the costumes we see would require a lot of carefully applied gluing, followed by very little moving, to stand a chance of staying on.

There is complete lack of consistency regarding how Dejah’s outfit is laid out (does it have a headpiece, pauldrons, chain between pasties, big pasties or tiny ones?) really showcases the priorities here – on top of the complete lack of any sort of story to the cover (and these are all for the same issue of a John Carter comic).
It really showcases the priorities when she clearly either doesn’t have a design sheet or an editor that cares what she looks like beyond the desperate hope that sex will sell a title that (thanks to a movie that bombed) doesn’t really carry as much credibility as it could.
