An excellent necromancer outfit! He’s got all the protection he needs: bulge, arms, and nipples! Everyone knows that necromancers summon undead servants to fight for them anyway, he doesn’t need huge, bulky armor. It would only get in the way of his summoning rituals, anyway.
The variety of textures going on in the black really work here, despite the fact that it’s just one color in the design. And, of course, can’t forget the skulls in all the important places ( ͡o ͜ʖ ͡o) ~
