Objectifying women in games is a reflection of who we are by Ariella Baston
Games will never improve if we stay at the surface of hormonal reaction, sexual fantasy, outfits, lack of compelling protagonists or boss fights. Games are an art form and therefore a medium of expression of what already lies beneath. The devilish details are a distraction. Should humanity improve at recognizing inertia and ignorance, so will its games.
It is my understanding that the image, which is perhaps the most perfect display of bikini armor ever, is from our old friend Rift.
