***THE SHOES***
***HIGH HEELS OF DEATH***
sorry for the screaming but im just in love with his pose and shoes @bikiniarmorbattledamage
After many far less subtle empowered Reaper redesigns we featured, it’s time for one that sexyfies him just with addition of high heels and posing.
Amazing how little must be changed to completely reverse the framing of the character – almost as if half-nakedness wasn’t the main factor in the lusty gaze design, huh… >_>
I really love those flowing lines. Thank you for drawing this, @radiocga!

“We thought she was dead.”
The full Talon Widowmaker painting from last month’s Patreon. Ya know, from the Legacy comic that gave her prototype armor that -made sense-.
If only she looked like that in the game!
I re-read the comic in question and beside the helmet, back armor and part of arm guards, there’s very little detail of how Widomaker’s then-costume actually looked like. So, most of the awesome stuff in this design, like the reasonable breastplate, seems to be @artbytesslyn‘s invention, not Blizzard’s.
In the official comic we can see an outline of her boob from the profile (first panel here) and what seems to be her blue cleavage (second panel), so it definitely lacks chest protection:
Ironicaly, in the story Widow is almost killed by Ana, whose bullet shatters part of this helmet…
Presumably next time Amelie shows up in the OW timeline, she changes to the cleavage-tastic clothes we love to hate.
Why after nearly dying she gets a costume that’s
objectively
worse and less protective in every way? Maybe in Blizzard’s logic, just like a cocktail dress makes an espionage outfit, a deeper cleavage and new, cooler helmet makes a sniper costume?

Overwatch Halloween adjusted
nibelung2 submitted:
The reddit user Chattywindow looked at the skins Blizzard gave to McCree (Van Helsing) and Symmetra (naked dragon lady), and made footage of both of them cosplaying each other. I present you Van Helsym and Incubus McCree.
And so the trend of fans swapping gendered Ovewatch character skins continues, this time with the official Halloween 2017 costumes. Nipple rings on Incubus McCree are such a nice touch! And Van Helsym is finally a look Symmetra deserves.
It really is sad how easily modders prove to Blizzard that women do look awesome in non-sexualized outfits, yet official skins barely ever apply to that.
If fans can do women better in their spare time, Blizzard definitely can do that with their abundant resources. They just don’t want to.

Is the only way for Symmetra to get real pants going to be through fanart?
