I don’t generally have this problem, even with chibi or super-stylized art, but I’m having a real problem reading her as humanoid.
Are we entirely sure she was SUPPOSED to look human? Neither human anatomy nor earthly physics seem to apply to her body or her, ahem, clothes…
This is definitely one of those “WHY?!” character designs I mentioned lately.
