I’ve been busy working on commissions, and bird art, for other projects, I was reminded today how much I miss drawing knights so I figured I’d combine some bird art and some lady knights.
Serafina, repping the Owls!
What a badass knight indeed! Serafina is an example of a character who can dress plainly and practically, while still maintaining a lot of personality. And even though her armor is unadorned (except from that awesome owl insignia), the design is still cohesive. A character doesn’t need to be wearing fancy clothes to be well-designed.
I also love, love, love the scar warpaint on her helmet. (Here’s another picture of it.) Give knights character-defining helmets 2k18!
